FidoPharm, Inc., and its affiliates (“FidoPharm”) is dedicated to protecting your privacy on the Internet. Our privacy policy follows the Coalition for Advertising Supported Information and Entertainment (CASIE) Goals for Privacy for Marketing on Interactive Media, as well as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not use our website for any commercial transactions. FidoPharm strives to keep all information received from visitors secure from possible unauthorized access and use. Information collected from our visitors is intended to enable us to better understand our audience and better serve them. Such information may include personally identifiable information as well as general statistical information regarding what pages visitors access, the number of visits, average time spent on the site, and similar factors. FidoPharm uses the information for internal purposes only (for example, for marketing and promotional purposes and to measure usage and improve the content of our site). We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by any other third party site.

FidoPharm does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. FidoPharm may ask a child to register on its website by providing some or all of the following information: e-mail address, age, first and last name, zip code and the e-mail address of a parent. We will then notify the parent of his/her child’s registration and ask for permission to retain his/her child’s information. The parent will have 48 hours to respond to the e-mail. If no response is received during that time period, FidoPharm will assume there is parental consent for the child to be registered. FidoPharm will not condition a child’s participation in an activity on the child providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity.

FidoPharm may use the information collected from children for its internal purposes, including but not limited to, marketing and promotional purposes. For example, we may send the children emails and newsletters on pet-related topics. Information collected may be shared with our subsidiaries or other affiliated entities, but in all cases they are equally bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. FidoPharm will not disclose any information obtained from a child to any other third party.
